Franz Haas, `Schweizer` Manna

The 2017 vintage was a challenging one. Due to a mild winter, flowering started in early spring, however frosts in April caused some damage in the vineyards. Hailstorms in both July and August also affected some of the vines. This was followed by bad weather during the harvest period. Despite all these challenges, the overall quality of the grapes was satisfying. A golden Alto Adige blend. Soft and elegant, the palate is concentrated, with a steely character, and a hint of herbs and passion fruit.

A few must haves
